An evaluation is counted each time a feature flag or A/B test is evaluated for a user. For example, if a user loads a page that checks 3 feature flags, that counts as 3 evaluations. Evaluations are counted across all projects in your account.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

The Free tier gives you full access with 10,000 evaluations/month — no credit card required, no time limit. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you need higher limits.

We won't cut off your users. If you exceed your evaluation limit, we'll notify you and give you a grace period to upgrade your plan. For sustained overages, we charge $5 per additional 10,000 evaluations on Pro, and custom rates on Enterprise.

SSO/SAML is available on the Enterprise plan. We support all major identity providers including Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and OneLogin. Setup takes about 15 minutes and includes SCIM provisioning for automatic user management.

We currently offer a cloud-hosted solution only. However, our edge evaluation architecture means that flag decisions happen locally in your infrastructure via our SDKs, so your application never depends on our servers being reachable at request time.
